    Love working out at YHFC. Awesome staff, full of encouragement. Friendly atmosphere. If I am doing something in the wrong way, I like how I am shown the correct way. That means alot abd injuries remain nil! Thanks guys!!

    the gym itself was quite good - had all the equiptment needed for a good all round work out. Note that on Saturdays they are only open to 12....the lady behind the desk was quite snakey because I didnt realise and couldnt mind read the sign that said it was open until 12 on SUNDAY also meant open until 12 on saturday????
