  If you smoke cigarettes, be aware you are sent out of the property on the other side of the fence. There is a nice little bench seat to get comfortable and be on show for passers by.

  Clean and tidy place and friendly staff.Should be advertised as a hostel not a hotel.Room for 6 was tiny,no table or chairs to sit at,no room to move.Couldnt dress in the shower without putting towel down as water run back towards door instead of drain.Beds were hard and squeaky,you moved the bed sqeaked. Rooms definately not sound proofed,could here every word and move the neighbours made.Private balcony is shared between 7 rooms with 1 table and chairs set to sit at.Its situated in their back yard,felt like I was imposing on the family house.Was dissapointed in our stay.Be great for an elderly couple wanting a home away from home.wish I could reply to your comments another way but by editing is the only way.Rude and disrepectful to other guests,what a lie.Yes we did come in at 1am both nights very quietly but with 6 people it was impossible to make no noise.We told you when we arrived we would only be showering and sleeping there and that we were there for a party and would be returning late.Maybe you should of said no to us if our time of getting home was a problem.Paying $160 a night and not being able to sit anywhere but the bed unless I left the room was a problem.I asked our neighbouring room the next morning if we were loud and appologised if we were but they said there wasnt a problem.I asked because there was a door ajoining our rooms.Conflicting stories there.Our window was closed and opened again in the morning thank you.Our bed head ajoined the next rooms bath room,not sound proofed at all.Maybe you should sleep a night in that room and experience it for yourself.The bunks squeaked like anything.Holiday resort,I dont think so,very pretty,very clean and tidy but be real its a hostel in your backyard in a residential street.

  We only stayed here for one night but straight from reception the owner greated us and told us the best spots to see in Yeppoon. He also showed us to our room and told us about the happy hour and free breakfast they had. The place itself was really well done and very appealing. With a pool, small aquarium and large bird cage there was a lot you could do just in the small area.

  Overall the customer service, room and backyard area made our stop over at Yeppoon a lot better. Thanks heaps guys and we hope to come back soon!

  We only planned on staying one night but after hearing everything that Yeppoon offers we just had to stay another two days. Coral Inn was amazing the rooms are just perfect attention to detail was incredible! Best nights we have had in Australia! Absolutely loved it
