  Now, this place was the go to place for my other half and I would go if we had no other choice. 9 times out of 10 their quality was pretty good (for maccas standard).

  Tonight we decided to go simple. Two hash browns and two coffees on skim milk. Sitting in the car. We get our coffees and are told to wait for our hash browns . That’s okay, we understand McDonalds get busy.

  To which the server’s friendly attitude shifted into a passive aggressive demeanour. She asked us if we wanted them to heat up their coffee to or past the legal point (80 degrees) instead of the “75” they gave us.

  You'd be lucky if they got your order right, or if they actually listened to you. I went through the drive through today, ordering my usual ¼ pounder meal and frozen coke. But chicken tenders was added, and I didn't realise until I got my meal. I never said chicken! And they didn't even give me a frozen coke, just a regular coke. The inside is usually filthy too.

  Ordered a coffee here was was told that I was wrong that my coffee was lukewarm, but was in fact 75 degrees. No, the coffee was lukewarm and colder when it came back to me the second time.

  We take a sip, typically when we drink it it’s pretty hot but this time it was barely warm. We send it back and wait. Yet when they come back, the coffee is somehow colder.

  This Maccas would benefit from better staff training and a better access plan. The drive thru is tight with only one waiting bay so traffic often queues out into the shopping centre access and blocks the road at peak times. Staff get orders wrong and also refer to customers in diminutive terms which is not very polite. Not all customers like being called "honey" & "luv".

  Good quick service..food is prepared better these days !! ... Have had some dodgy looking burgers before, That had been made with no love.
