    Livingstone Shire are only interested in collecting rates monies from outlying areas such as Keppel Cove to spend in Yeppoon and Emu Park, while areas such as Keppel Cove get no grass cutting maintenance or control over untidy tenants. Never see a dog Ranger. In fact the only shire service is garbage collection. Hopeless.
