    I only put one star as I had to How incredibly rude these staff are here. Evidently they think they are in charge of immigration and treating a young girl like rubbish. I thought their job was to accept paperwork for immigration to approve. Shame new staff didn't come with new post office. I think I'll travel to Rockhampton to do my business Just arrived from Vic and was mortified by this sort of country courtesy!

    Very rude and disrespectful customer service. I drove over an hour to them to be turned away even after I had all the right authority paperwork to pick up a parcel in my mothers name
