  So to meet their quota they make the contract cheaper to change your number.....what an inconvenience, I opted out. Only to have my S7 edge battery expand and split my phone in half 2 months later. They then try to tell me accessories aren't covered by warranty. If it is built into the phone(not optional or removable) and a crucial part of the devices function then it's not an accessory..... So eventually after I have to educate the rude and obnoxious staff they send it away to be assessed, 3 weeks later and multiple revisits wanting to know whats going with my phone I get my replacement. (apparently they rang me..I have no phone OBVIOUSLY ffs) so I go to pick it up and the rude stupid mutt tells me I have to hand in my old phone to receive my new one. THEY HAVE HAD IT FOR 3 WEEKS!! She then has to ring her boyfriend to confirm I gave it to them 3 weeks ago before they give me my new phone. No credit, no sorry, no nothing. Just a terrible attitude from the sour little dog

  Never use this shop!! Deceitful, lying and never answer or return calls.Only deal with Telstra online or phone.Changed packages after signed agreement. Dishonest! 6 hours on phone(total) and 2 trips to Store and had to cancel whole deal as they lied about package and costs.Unbelievable situation and deception.Stay away please, save yourself hours and hours of grief and sitting on hold listening to same lies over and over again.You have been warned.

  Super friendly staff, no problem was too big for them. Well worth the wait.. Thank you, I will be sure to come back.

  (how they have jobs is beyond me, it's like they hate you for shopping there). Can't wait to cancel every Telstra service I have and boycott them. ALWAYS a terrible experience here. Don't even get me start on a hour wait to be served, only to be told they are ready so they can sit you down and make you wait another 20mins....How are these guys not shut down? 1 star is far to kind

  One lady was very helpful but couldn't resolve my issue, the other Girl/woman whatever needs a muzzle and a lead . The mutt is rude obviously frustrated and I can see why, I wouldn't feed her (let alone pay her. Don't even think of ringing the store no one replies nor return calls. BE WARNED BOYCOTT THIS STORE

  Was told to phone in and book a time. Tried all day Friday and Saturday morning. Finally gave up and went into the store. Was told the Admin lady was away so there was no one to answer the phone.....BS. was told to come back in an hour, they would ring me. Went back, didn't wait for a phone call, waited a few minutes, five minute job to have my request attended to. Telstra can you please give Yeppoon a telstra shop where customers come first.
