    Customer Service?! Nil!!!! Brenda Stafford, my elderly mother, with a heart condition!!! Has been a loyal customer of Optus for years! Mum had purchased a phone recommended by staff, but has nothing but issue's with this phone & that no staff can seem to help her with this phone! Staff want to send phone away for assessment, BUT, mum needs a phone because of her heart condition, WHICH, Optus Yeppon Central could not offer her a replacement phone instead?! Easy Right?! Noooooooooo! This has been brought to the attention of the Ombudsman!
